Kepsten Inc. (“Kepsten”) operates the Kepsten Pro Platform as a technology service to connect independent contractors (“Vendors”) with customers seeking on-site services. Kepsten is not the employer, agent, or representative of any Vendor and does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed. All services are provided by independent Vendors at their own risk and under their own responsibility.

Kepsten does not guarantee the availability of jobs, the quality of services performed by Vendors, or the conduct of Customers. Except as expressly provided in Kepsten’s written policies, Kepsten disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Kepsten’s liability is limited to the extent set out in the Vendor Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.
