Question 1

When is the best time to schedule the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We recommend scheduling your clean for after all construction work is 100% complete. This includes the removal of all heavy debris, tools, and large materials by your contractor. This allows our team to focus on the detailed final cleanup.

Question 2

What if my renovation is not fully finished?

Accepted Answer

For multi-stage projects, we can often work with you to clean completed areas while other parts of the renovation are still ongoing. We will coordinate our schedule to work efficiently around your contractors.

Question 3

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Your presence is not required. As long as we have access to the property and any specific instructions are provided beforehand, our professional team can complete the work efficiently.
